We do not rent digital accounts as its against the policies of Sony and it leads to console banning. Renting discs is a 100% secure method and you can just pop the disc in and get gaming without any worries!

Why is there a security deposit & how is it calculated?
Trust is earned brotha! We require a FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit to ensure the safe and timely return of our high-value gaming equipment. This deposit is our way of building a trustworthy community of renters. The deposit amount is based on your order history and the type of games you rent:
- Standard Games (First Order): ₹300
- Standard Games (Second Order): ₹200
- Standard Games (Third Order & Beyond): ₹100 (You become a Prestige member!)
- Vault Games: ₹1000 (Applies to all users)
- Imported Games: ₹2000 (Applies to all users)
If your cart contains a mix of games, the highest applicable security deposit will override the others (e.g., adding a imported game automatically sets the deposit to ₹2000, regardless of your order history). Note: The full deposit is refunded to you once the game is returned to us & our checks are completed, please give us 1 full working day to provide the deposit back to you.
What are the perks of being a Prestige Member?
Remember those good old days where you used to have massive respect for players with prestige ranks in Call of Duty lobbies, well at GameBox you'll get the same respect, all you need to do is complete two orders with us. As a prestige member you will be charged a minimal security deposit for your orders, get exclusive discounts and early access to our sales. Crazy right?
What if I want to return my game early? Would I get some refund or a voucher?
You can always return your game early! While we do not process cash or bank refunds for unused rental days, you may be eligible for a voucher for your next order. If a game is returned within the first half of its rental duration (e.g., returning a 10-day rental on or before the 5th day), you will be awarded a GameBox voucher for your next rental. The voucher amount is determined by our team based on various aspects of the rental and is not a direct refund of the remaining monetary value. Returns made past the 50% mark of the rental duration are not eligible for early return vouchers. Each voucher is exclusive to you, sharing the voucher code with another user may lead to violation of our policy and may ultimately lead to an account ban.

The vault is like that golden personality you used to imagine in school who would save your school crush and become the hero. Something unbelievable right? The vault is like that dream, you can rent games launched Day 1.
How is my personal data protected?
We take your data security very seriously. Your personal information is protected by multiple layers of industry-standard security, including encryption and secure hashing algorithms, to ensure it remains confidential and safe. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA ANYWHERE!
Why do you only deliver to certain pincodes?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery and return of our high-value gaming equipment, we currently operate within specific & serviceable zones across Delhi NCR. This allows us to maintain a reliable and efficient rental process. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network across India in the near future. As a new customer, why should I trust GameBox?

What happens if I damage or lose a rented game?
We understand that accidents can happen. However, you are responsible for the game during your rental period. If a game is returned with significant damage (e.g., deep scratches, cracks) or is lost/stolen, you will be required to pay the game's full MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
Your security deposit will be forfeited and applied towards the MRP. You will then be billed for the remaining amount. For the complete detailed policy, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Why don't you have games for other platforms like Xbox or Nintendo Switch?
As a new and growing rental service, our initial focus has been on building a strong and deep library for the PlayStation platform, which has a large and passionate player base in our region.
However, our long-term vision is to be the go-to rental service for all gamers! Expanding our collection to include titles for Xbox and Nintendo Switch is a key part of our future expansion plans. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow!
